When considering any set of building plans, we start with the wishes that you, the client, have expressed. Heembouw takes care of the realisation of all aspects of your building plans on this basis. That means that you can concentrate on your core business: it really is 'business as usual' when Heembouw builds for you. We ensure good co-ordination between the various parties involved in the building process, and we have detailed and specialist knowledge of all relevant regulations. We have a wide range of expertise inhouse, such as our own architects' bureau for tailormade advice and design. At site level our inhouse building supervisors ensure that craftsmen maintain the highest professional standards while putting your plans into effect on the building site. Heembouw also has its own maintenance service for (periodic) maintenance of existing buildings.

Heembouw is active on both the profit and the non-profit front. In fact, we undertake numerous types of building work, from the renovation of individual dwellings to large utility construction projects. Within this range of actvities, we have developed a number of specialities, including: the construction of new business premises and the renovation of business premises, utility complexes and housing developments.
